Liwanag Serrato is the owner of Jello Sash and Woodworks. The 44 year old mother of one son operates a wood crafting shop. 

Known as Weny to her friends, Liwanag was influenced by her fiance to start the business eight (8) years ago. She used to help her sister on the same business but with her son growing up, she needs a more steady income. With a loan from a friend and her fiancee having the know-how of wood working, she started the business named after her son.

All the wood that the business crafts are with Department of Eviroment and Natural Resources (DENR) permits. Currently the business employs 6 wood crafters. Most of her employees are high school graduates and were taught on the skills of wood crafting.

NPFC granted a loan amounting to P200,000, payable in 6 mos to be used as additional working capital to buy materials.
