Resumen

“Efson Air Conditioning Services” is managed by Edwin Flores Jr. who inherited the company in 2001 from his parents. He graduated Fine Arts and Advertising, but decided to help his father with the family business. He therefore decided to become certified in manufacturing airconditioning and refrigerators. 

Currently, the company employs a total of 12 skilled workers. They all receive minimum wage, statutory benefits, meals, and lodging. Also, there are three on-call workers, depending on the workload. 

The loan will be used to acquire additional raw materials so Edwin is able to boost the production of refrigerators. Lendahand will provide a loan together with local partner NPFC which will be repaid in 18 months.
