El proyecto
Erbat established his butchery company "Urjih Tavan Erdene" with the support of his wife in 2009. First they started to work by themselves and today they have got 5 employees.
The entrepreneur purchases meat from local contracted herders and then supplies to supermarkets and grocery shops serving with fresh meat products including dumplings and buuz* (traditional mongolian food). Moreover, he rents a stall at "Khuleg" local grocery market.
With a loan, Erbat will be able to expand his preservation capacity for his supplies and to offer a more diverse range of products in the community. Lendahand will provide a loan together with local partner VFM, which will have to be repaid in 12 months.
