Yadamjav started a construction business in 2013. The company manufactures breeze blocks and offers a delivery service to its customers. He started by renting a small workplace next to his house and worked alone for a while. 

After two years he added his own backyard and employed two workers. Currently they can produce around 6,000 breeze blocks per month. The winther months are normally a bit slow due to the harsh conditions that limits their production capacity. However, Yadamjav has a plan for that which he likes to call 'winterizing', in other words to make his workspace ready for the winter. This will improve his production capacity significantly.

Yadamjav needs capital to realize his ambitions and will also allow him to hire two more workers. Lendahand will provide a loan together with local partner VFM, which must be repaid in 24 months.
