SECOND LOAN

“Island RKOC Home Decors and Accessories” is solely owned by Mr. Elmer Matutino and managed by wife Mercedita. It was established in 2005, manufacturing shellcrafts sold to regular clients from Manila, Turkey, Malaysia, and some in Europe. Shells used for manufacturing came from the sea of the Philippines. And because of this, they secure a permit from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to assure that they are compliant from the government agency whose taking care of the environment. The idea of making such product came from his wife Mercedita also known as ‘Mercy’ who has a high fashion sense.

With their present production, Elmer and wife is assisted by two regular workers and two other sub-contractors, all female that are given with allowance and weekly compensation. From their first loan, they were able to join an exhibit held in Malaysia last December 2015. 

Because of the market exposure they had, they received new orders and therefore, he will be needing an additional purchase order loan to meet customers p.o’s. To be provided by NPFC and LendAHand. Payable in six months term.
