El proyecto
Ganchimeg started a catering business 20 years ago. After catering to lots of people on all kinds of events, she decided to shift focus and started a bakery in 2013.
She is well known in her community for her fresh and high quality pastries, cakes and pickled vegetables that she makes at home. Currently she supplies three grocery stores. Her daily target is to make 50-75 fried meat pies which she sells for approx. 50 cents and she can make 10-15 cakes per month.
With a loan Ganchimeg will be able to purchase a vehicle to improve her distribution process and service a larger area. Lendahand will provide a loan to Ganchimeg together with local partner VFM. The loan has to be repaid in 24 months.
