Ranilo Balmeo comes from Bulacan, and is an undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering. He is married to Leticia, to whom he has four children. In 2011, “Elli Bottle Services” was established. Ranilo purchases used bottles from junkshops which are recycled and distributed to his clients. 

He started with 10 employees, but as the business grew, that number rose to 24 workers. They are provided with free living quarters and daily meals, aside from weekly salary. 

Ranilo is in need of working capital to buy bulk used bottles, to meet the rising demand. Together with local partner NPFC will Lendahand provide a loan that must be repaid in 12 months.
