“Marseal Industrial Supply” started its operation in year 2010 solely owned by Ana Grace Escalicas. The business is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, manufacturing rubber belts, door seals, bearing pads, plugs and stoppers, and other small machine parts. She also does customization of items, depending on the need of the client for its machines. 

From her first loan, Ana was able to open her new store in the municipality of Balintawak and hired additional one worker that makes the present employee a total of nine individuals. Snacks and accommodation are given to them, aside from compensation.

Ana will purchase rubber as part of the raw materials need for production and serve clients p.o. To be repaid in 12 months term.
