El proyecto

Consolata Tsibesa, lives in Savala village in western Kenya. She is the bread winner for her family of four children. Her sole source of lighting has been entirely on tin lamps which produces smoke and soot and has very insufficient light for children to study. This has affected her both economically and health wise together with the studies for her children. She has been forced to spend time and money every monthly on eye treatment for her eldest son who is in seventh grade.

The installation of solar in her house will change so much in terms of health, cost of kerosene and allow her children to have more time in evening studies. This story is typical of many families in this village.
