El proyecto
Ms. Iannie Aying and her husband started as workers in at Peba Trading and Manufacturing Corporation where she worked as a Supervisor and her husband worked as Quality Assurance Officer for more than 10 years. These long term experience made them decide to put up their own stone arts manufacturing on 2009. With the money they received from their previous work, they also lent from her sibling, Iannie was able to start her own business with its name Rosians Stone Arts and was able to employ 8 workers. The couple was both focused on their business and personally train their workers. With their heart and dedication to their business, they were able to acquire their own production area and be able to expand it over the years. At present, they were employing 12 regular workers and 11 part time workers. As their way of gratitude to their ever loyal workers, they are providing free board and lodging to those who came from provinces or away from their working area and free snack to everyone. All employees also receive minimum wage to compensate their hard work to the business. Ms. Iannie met NPFC through one of its current clients and was luckily granted a loan which she used as additional working capital for her increasing demand of production.
