El proyecto

MSAT Global Communications is a digital satellite solutions company providing transmission services for professional broadcasters. They do everything from consulting on broadcasting strategies to the practical provision of the materials needed. The company was established after director Zolinzima Mkhuma voluntarily helped a friend on a project, resulting in his friend recommending him to partners in the broadcasting industry. Currently the organization has 27 full-time employees and serves customers all over Africa. The organization works a lot with young people, who start of as volunteers. They invests a lot of time in training their volunteers, so they can eventually stay within the business as professional employees.

The business has recently obtained a project in collaboration with IBC (International Broadcast Center). As this will be their first encounter with this big name in the broadcasting industry, it is crucial for them to make a good impression. They will need to hire 7 new employees to be able to carry out this project.
