The company was started in 2013 by directors Nkosi Reginal, Dorian Engle and Mduduzi Motsa. Between the 3 of them, they have two electrical engineering degrees and over 25 years of working experience in the industry. Under the guidance of the directors, Nerm has grown into a company servicing much of The Southern African Development Community region and Africa with visions of further global expansion.
