Resumen

In 2009, Francis Rafael started his own footwear manufacturing in Liliw, Laguna. Footwear business was inherited by Francis from his parents. They named it “Frans Mel Footwear”, a combination of his name and her wife Melvic. All their manufactured shoes are delivered to their two shops located at Lipa and Tanuan Batangas. Aside from their shop, they also have direct and regular clients. 

Francis employs twenty-five workers, provided with per piece rate salary average. To help the community, they sponsor some of their municipality activity, such as feeding program.

Together with Lendahand’s partner NPFC is helping Francis Rafael in acquiring additional working capital expand his footwear business and which will be able to hire two more workers.
