His Divine Grace Academy was registered as a sole proprietorship business on 13th July, 2007. The business however started in 2005. The business has been established to run a school. The school is located at Kasoa-America Junction on Nyanayano Kakraba road. The school runs tuition from Pre-school (crèche to KG) to JHS 3. The school is a GES (Ghana Education Service) accredited educational institutional.

The school is managed by Jonas Osae Owusu who also doubles as the Chief of Agona Kwanyako in the Central region. However he is being assisted by other management members. The school currently has a total population of 822 pupils and still counting; with staff strength of 55 both teaching and non-teaching staff. The school has a boarding facility, and it has transport facilities which also convene pupils to and from the school to their respective house. Income for running the school comes from school fees, feeding fee, boarding fee transport and stationaries.

Lendahand will provide the loan to Jonas, together with local partner ABii National. The loan will be paid back in 12 months.
