Resumen

Founded in 1992, “Avengoza’s Catering Services” is owned and managed by Mr. Oscar Avengoza. It was named next to his surname and the service he provides. Oscar is from Cainta, Rizal, graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM). He is married to Liliy and they have one child, they have been assisting him in managing their catering business. His 20 years of exposure in both canteens and restaurants have driven him to own a business. His business has been successfully operating for 23 years, and with the quality catering service he provides together with his people, he is able to cater in different events. Some of his clients are well-known personalities from the Philippines such as Sharon Cuneta, Ruffa Gutierrez, Ai-Ai Delas Alas, and the late Dolphy Quizon. He also served the giant companies like Globe, Toyota, Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas and more. His exposure started when he was featured on a television show in ABS-CBN, a network company in the Philippines, where he was able to capture many more clients. 

The business employs 25 regular workers, 10 of which are male, and 15 are female. All are provided with mandated benefits and bonuses, in addition to their usual compensation. Among the 25 workers, there are six who are stay-in. Aside from them, Oscar has also hundreds of on-call waiters. 

Lendahand will help Oscar together with its local partner NPFC to acquire working capital for its business expansion to cater different upcoming contracted events.
