Mrs. Sorn Soknan, 38, is married and lives in the Tboung Khmum province with her two school aged children. She and her husband have been working as farmers since 2006, growing rice, cassava, and pepper to support her family. Currently, the price of pepper has been increased so she want to expand her farm.
To make more income, she is asking for a loan to purchase one hectare of pepper farmland. She believes it will be a good investing for her family and allow her to enlarge her farm in the future.
