Unique Jayees Enterprise is a wholly owned Ghanaian business which was incorporated under the Companies Code, Act 1962(No.151) with registration number BN284452013 as a sole proprietorship business registered on 11TH March, 2013 as a general merchant. Client operates two shops in Adum. Client has been in the business for the past five (5) years. He is into retail, import and export of all kinds of hardware and general goods (padlocks, hair brush, photo albums, polish, and blades etc.) Client buys his goods locally from Sunda International as they are his major supplier (invoices have been attached).Client also retail to some of his key customers around Kumasi. Client’s major competitors include Ank-Dan Ent, Olivanna Ent etc. The business is strategically located at Adum inside P.Z Cussons building.

The business is solely managed by Mr. Kwame Panin, but he is assisted by his uncle who manages his second shop for him and also takes active part in the day to day affairs of the entire business with 3 other sales boys.

Lendahand will provide the loan to Kwame together with local partner ABii National. The loan has to be repaid in 12 months.

FSV GHS 30,000, which belongs to the client.

2) Assignment of stocks value GH 60,000.00 fully insured.
