SECOND LOAN

Wilma Monedo is a naturally born of Liliw, Laguna. Being a highschool graduate, she decided to have her own business to have something for living. Since Liliw is well known to be a shoe capital of Laguna, Wilma was influenced by her neighbors to start her own footwear business, where she started from small manufacturing in 1990 and later had a store and is managing together with her spouse for over 25 years now. The business is named after her, Wilma Monedo Footwear and Manufacturing.

Currently, they have four male and three female employees, were two of them are senior citizens, given with a weekly salary on a per piece rate basis. 

Together with Lendahand’s partner NPFC is helping Wilma Monedo in acquiring additional working capital for business expansion and a branch out in the near future.
