SECOND LOAN

J. U. AFRANEW Company Limited was registered on 5th November 2008 and commenced business on 6th April 1997. The company was registered to engage in Real Estate Development, Export and Import of General Goods, General Merchant, Civil Engineering Works; and Road and Building Construction.

John has however concentrated on the import and distribution of building accessories like wheel barrows, head pans, aluminum frames used for sliding windows, handles, PVC pipes, doors etc. He sells wholesale directly from its warehouse at Kasoa to various customers nationwide. John imports products from various companies in China. It however supplies to notable customers like Emma Gift Enterprise, Mission Hardware, and many others.

John is seeking a loan strictly to be used to import good from suppliers in China. The facility is being sought for this purpose and drawdown will be only for transfers to suppliers abroad. It will take about 90 days for shipped consignment to arrive and get cleared. The client will service the monthly interest accruing on the facility for the first 3 months and start repayment from the fourth month.

The client does good business and runs very impressive turnovers.

Security: first Mortgage over property situated at Odupong Ofaakor, Kasoa with OMV of GHS2,165,000, FSV of GHS2,475,000 and NRV of GHS1,955,250

Lendahand will provide this loan to John, together with local partner ABii National. The loan has to be paid back in 12 months.
