Le projet
Elizalde and Celia Quismundo manages the day to day operation of Elicel Foods since 1992, where ELICEL is a combined name of the couple. They make Nata de Coco, described as a chewy, translucent jelly like substance produced by the bacterial fermentation of coconut water. Their regular and direct client is Del Monte Philippines, also based in Cagayan De Oro, Misamis Oriental in Mindanao.
Their team is composed of 21 individuals, 11 of which are provided with living quarters, aside from monthly compensation.
Due to high demand, they need working capital loan, that will be provided by Lendahand and NPFC. Payable in 12 months term.
