Chann Sitha married Ly Srey Leak in 2010 and they have one son. They live in Banteay Dek Commune, Kien Svay District, Kandal Province. Sitha is a carpenter and he runs business of manufacturing table, chair, bed, and animal cage for 10 years. Sitha’s wife, Srey Leak is a factory worker and she is able to earn more income to support her family.

Sitha’s handicraft shop is in Dey Et Commune. Sitha bought wood from Korkey and Dey Et Commune and he is able to produce table, chair, bed, and animal cage (chicken and cow cage) for selling to his clients. It is family business, and at present Sitha does not hire any worker, but his wife also assist him in the business.

In order to meet rising demand of his clients for the material, Sitha is in need of working capital to purchase more stock of wood, and also purchase a machine for cutting wood. Using loan from Maxima Microfinance Plc., Sitha will be able to increase the number of orders he could manage.
