Nhak Phoeun married Houn Ruos and they have 2 sons and 3 daughters. They live in Chhrey Las Commune, Ponhea Leu District, Kandal Province. Phoeun is a farmer and she runs a business of raising cow since 2006. Phoeun’s husband, Ruos is a construction worker, and he is able to earn more income to support his family.

Phoeun learned raising cow from her neighbor. Phoeun said she buys cow from her neighbor in the village, and she sells the cow back to her clients.Phoeun is keen to strengthen her business of raising cow. It is family business, and at present Phoeun does not hire any worker, but her husband helps in the business.

In order to meet the rising demand of her clients for cow, Phoeun is in need of working capital to expand her business by purchasing 3 cows. Using loan from Maxima Microfinance Plc., Phoeun will be able to increase the number of orders she could manage.
