Erwin started a retail outlet and a sister company of a leading seafood supplier before he decided to change a new face in line and products. “Pastel Deli Products” was then officially launched with business location in Marikina City engaged in food processing and is committed to provide quality assurance, standards, and safety of products. Products are different types of high-end sausages, smoked meat, and smoked fish. Raw materials and main ingredients are coming from local and international supplier.

Erwin being a graduate of Marketing knows how to please his clients and target customers by welcoming comments, suggestions, and changes with the product line that is how the business was able to capture different five star hotels, resorts, supermarket, and airline.

20 workers are presently employed in the company (15 male and five female) that are working for two shifts to maximize production and five on call as needed or during peak season. Payroll is on semi-monthly schedule.

Erwin Legaspi needs to purchase main ingredients from supplier to meet P.O of clients. To be repaid in 12 months term.
