Started in February 18, 1991 as Turistang Mag-aaral Transfort Services by Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Serafin who migrated abroad and transferred ownership to their child Jose Carlos Serafin. In 2005, Carlos took over the business and change business name to RCs Tours and Transport Services operating as tour company providing educational field travel to children and companies. The team assures to give children and young adult a fun experience yet knowledgeable information. Clients are coming from Quezon City and Marikina City area.

They have three staff member and 20 on-call tour guide. Salary is based on per trip / tour schedule.

Jose Carlos Serafin needs additional fund to support the services his team is providing for their clientele because this is a the season where schools are scheduled for travel. He will be assisted by LendAHand and local partner NPFC. To be repaid in 12 months.
