Le projet

Nguon Sopheap married Ier Niem, and they have 3 children. They live in Prek Anchanh Commune, Mukkampul District, Kandal Province. Sophea p runs her own business of renting room and renting land since 1991. Her husband, Niem is a car driver and his salary also support the family income.

At present Sopheap rents one plot of land, and also she rents 7 rooms for factory workers in her village. Due to rising demand from the tenant, Sopheap is in need of working capital to build additional rooms to rent out.

Using loan from Maxima Microfinance Plc., Sopheap is able to construct additional rooms to rent to factory workers.
