Sorm Sila married Hem Thida, and they live in Sreronorng Commune, Tramkork District, Takeo Province. They run a business selling ice in the village.

Sila is able to earn more income for his family due to business grows well. Sila drive the truck and sell ice to the wholesaler in the village. Sila does not hire worker at present, but his wife helps in the business.

Due to rising demand from his clients, Sila is in need of working capital to purchase a new truck to ensure transport more ice for his clients. Using loan from Maxima Microfinance Plc., Sila will purchase a new truck and hope to increase his income.
