Srun Lors married Sam Dany in 1997, and they have 4 children. Lors used to work as driver for a bamboo business owner, then he had concept to start his own business. Eventually, he started his business of selling bamboo in 2011. Lors purchased bamboo from Kratie Province and supplied to local retail shop in Phnom Penh City.

He started with few workers, and now he offers job for 20 workers and 2 car drivers. The workers who have residence in other province are provided accommodation at Lors’s bamboo storage place in Kien Svay District. Lors is in need of working capital to purchase more stock of bamboo to meet the rising demand of his clients. Lors will able to increase the number of orders he could manage.

Local partner Maxima provides a loan to Lors that must be repaid within 48 months.
