Tith Sopeap married Kung Chanthan, and they live in Sangkat Plerng Ches Rotes, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh. Sopheap is a welder, and he runs welding business for his clients for the past 16 years.
Sopheap started the business with no worker in the first., but was able to grow his business and hire 3 full time employees. Sopheap can weld and prepare different kind of steel structures. Sopheap purchases iron, steel and other supplies from Phnom Penh. Using loan from Maxima Microfinance Plc. Sopheap will be able to enlarge his business and earn more income.
