Le projet

Simon Ochieng is the bread-winner of a family of six. He has been spending a lot of money buying generator fuel. Lighting in homes in his village of Sirakwa of Siaya county is a challenge and most people depending on their financial capability use generators.

This takes away cash that would otherwise be used for other pressing household needs. By installing a solar home system, Simon will begin to save some cash which he can direct towards better health care and improved nutrition for the family.
