Rokels International is Limited Liability Company owned by Richard Okello and Victoria Kakooza. It was incorporated in 2006.  . The Company specializes in advertising, marketing, graphics and commercial print production. Their major concentration are the corporate organizations (which had been ignored by the indigenous printeries) servicing mainly banks, NGOs and telecommunication companies. With stellar service and commitment, they have attracted more business from these corporate companies. This has enabled the company to turnover 1.4Bn in 2017 making it possible for them to diversify to paper and stationery. They now import quality paper which they use in the production of their work. They also supply the paper to the corporate organizations making Rokels a one stop shop for quality paper, stationery and print.

With the growth, Rokels has been able to recruit more employees especially the youth. 20 staff are employed, 15 working in the printing section and 5 concentrating on the stationery department.
