CEBU’S GIFTS AND FINE ARTS, formerly GEFA PHILS. INTL. was established on June 1992 by Justina R. Esparcia. Ms. Esparcia is a Certified Public Account by profession, and a very dedicated nun doing apostolate service with the poor. She switched to the business of producing fashion accessories with the hope that she can widen her service to the poor by providing them sources of income and helping to improve their living condition.

Through the years, the company has been able to withstand the ups and downs of the Philippines market and continues to do business with remarkable growth. At present, the company has eight regular workers and five groups with around ten sub-contractors each. The company has a strong tie up with Southern Partners Fair Trade Center (SPFTC) and PREDA FAIR TRADE as its marketing arm. The company has been sub-contracting Fashion Accessories to different Cebu based exporters for several years.
