Lep Toulors, 46, lives with four children in Phnom Penh city. He is a migration police officer since 2009 to earn as main income to support his family. To earn more money, he is asking for a loan for his wife to start grocery business at the local market.

This money is allow him to purchase a local store, groceries and domestics product to sell. He hopes this investment would bring an additional income to support his family.
