Sath Sreymom is married and lives with two young children and her husband, Sarum, in Kampong Cham province. She is a teacher and earns a meager income while her husband is a construction foreman. Sarum has been a foreman for more than 5 years, and he usually provide his service by contract for a small construction, building house. Sometimes the contract is only for the labor, it means that the house owner is responsible for the construction materials. However, sometimes the contract can be both labor and construction materials cost.

Sarum is having construction contract to build a house that is why he is asking for a loan to purchase construction material.
