Noem Sina resides in Siem Reap with her husband and one young child. She is a true entrepreneur selling clothes in the downtown market.
Every 3-5 months, she goes to Phnom Penh city where she can buy the clothe in bulk to resell. Her husband is a motor-taxi driver. She is now asking for a loan to purchase more clothe for resell.
She sees this business opportunity as a way to increase her income and to provide a higher standard of living for her and her family.
