Nory Chiem is 32 years old and lives with her husband in Kampong Cham province. Two of her children are in school. She works in garment factory and also farming to earn as main income to support her family. Her husband is a construction worker and help his wife farming when he has free time.

Chiem is now asking for a loan to purchase a plot of farmland and start raising ducks for eggs. Her husband will take care the ducks business since he involve less time with construction work.
