Le projet

This is a group of members with small businesses located at Serere Upper Shop in Soroti eastern part of Uganda. It was formed in 2015 and has 35 members comprising of male and female within the age bracket of 25 to 35 years. The members mostly deal in general merchandise and retail businesses like kiosk, market stall, mobile market vendors selling food staff and kitchen ware.

Their goals are to upgrade and become wholesale traders, see their children educated upto university level unlike them. With this loan their business will be boosted to the level they want it to be.

Local partner OBUL provides the loan, which has to be repaid in 12 months.
