Liliw is known to be the shoe capital of Laguna that most of the residence here are into shoe manufacturing. When Mary Joyce Montalbo married Mark she becomes a shoe manufacturer too. The business was named as Monarj Footwear that started in 2006 as a manufacturer and supplier of different slippers in stores at Liliw, but later on, she had her own outlet. Mary Joyce in 2012 started to manufacture shoes to have an additional product for her store. She is now employing three male and three female workers that receives free meals and accommodation aside from salary they received. LendAHand partner with NPFC will help Mary Joyce Montalbo to acquire additional working capital to purchase materials to meet new orders. Mary Joyce Montalbo is a repeat client of NPFC that now she can have more stocks and join different bazaares in different location.
