Le projet

Akanabaala Group is found in Buwenda, Jinja District in Eastern Uganda.The group was formed in 2004, it comprises of 25 members who are farmers, retail traders, market vendors and service providers.

The members started by getting UGX500,000 as their initial loan and now they get up to a tune of UGX5,000,000. This is an indication of a growing business. Their need for the loan is to improve and expand their businesses.

Local partner Opportunity Bank will provide the loan.
