Juan Santos Atahualpa is een koffieboerencoöperatie die koffie levert aan binnenlandse en internationale markten. De coöperatie werkt met lokale boeren in afgelegen gebieden in Peru om specialty coffee te produceren. Haar missie is om lokale boeren te ondersteunen bij het duurzaam produceren van koffie, en dit voor een eerlijke prijs te verkopen. Boeren ontvangen dankzij JSA een goede prijs voor hun koffie op de internationale markt. Het hoofdkantoor van JSA is gevestigd in Pichanakii in centraal Peru.
