Bancale had worked in a family business of shell craft business
manager. After getting married, Myrna and her husband started

mainly focused on manufacturing of decorative shell crafts made
collection of finest various sea shell components that is in
households, offices, hotels, and resorts. The products are being
Germany, Italy, Spain, USA and Japan.
For 12 years, Myrna had employed housewives and out of
school youths in
manufacturing shell handicrafts. Currently, the business employs
(24) fulltime craftsmen consisting of nineteen (19) males and
five (5) females.
