Summary

From a humble beginning of being a dishwasher, Mr. Crispo Basarte an undergraduate of BS Accountancy, dreamed and made his dream come true. Crispo as he is known by many, is now a father of two (2) and the President of CRS Manpower Training Services. The thirty-four old Mr. Basarte started achieving his dreams at the very edge of nothing. Though he unfortunately did not get his diploma out of poverty, he didn’t let the situation stop him. He aspire all the more and get things done through hard work, perseverance, dedication and trust to Almighty. During those times that he is working in a manpower agency, he decided to let God handle his situation and pray. He started his own company by the knowledge and skills that he acquired from his previous employer. Christ Redeemer Savior (CRS) Manpower Training Services is now on its three and a half year (3 ½) year of successful operation with 385 active employees deployed in different restaurants and supermarkets. Through these years, the only problem they encountered yet is financial insufficiency but then again he stressed out that God is the one handling the matter giving him so much opportunities and options. He wish to grow the company in the years to come, not just to benefit himself but also to help others achieve their dreams as well.
