Rodante Monfero is a native of Liliw, Laguna, and is engaged in footwear manufacturing. He was influenced by his parents who has been in the same line of business since he was young. He started his own footwear manufacturing and named it “Jahaziel and Ezekiel Footwear” and has been operating for 34 years. Because of the quality of his product, he was able to maintain his manufacturing area and a store. He also distributes shoes and slippers in different stores in Liliw, Laguna and Marikina. 

He currently employs nine workers including senior citizens that are capable to work and receives a fair rate salary with free meals and bonuses. 

Lendahand together with its partner NPFC, Rodante will be able to acquire additional working capital to purchase more raw materials to meet the increasing orders for the peak season.
