OXUS KG 2
Mayramkul and her family have worked in agriculture and livestock farming for years. They grow raspberries and clover and manage a large herd of livestock. With a loan from OXUS Kyrgystan, the family expands its livestock business and builds a stronger future.

The project
Mayramkul and her family have dedicated years to agriculture and livestock farming. They cultivate raspberries and clover and manage a large herd of livestock: pedigree horses, local horses, and small ruminants. During the summer season, they move many of the animals to the high mountain pastures, the jailoo, following Kyrgyzstan's traditional livestock farming practices.
The whole family contributes to the business. Together, they manage and grow the farm, each playing their own role.
With a loan from OXUS Kyrgystan, a microfinance institution that focuses on entrepreneurs with limited access to traditional banks, Mayramkul expands her livestock with additional horses. She also refinances an existing loan with OXUS, giving the family greater financial flexibility.
Thanks to this investment, the family strengthens the farm's productive capacity and increases opportunities to generate income. This way, Mayramkul and her family build sustainable growth for the long term.
With your investment you contribute to better access to financial services for entrepreneurs in rural Kyrgyzstan.
