Adlerma Hementera, also known as ‘Dinky’, is the founder of Plantex Solution Corp., which is established in 2003. The company produces ecological solid waste management treatment solutions for waste water and air polution treatment, hospital and hazardous waste treatment solution, household cleaning, and many more. 

The main component is organic waste material from fruits and vegetables and are bought from small local farmers, which created a new source of income.  She aims to create economic value while protecting the environment. Regular clients are both government municipalities and private companies and individuals. At present, Dinky has 14 employees.

The entrepreneur just received a large order, for which she needs capital to fulfill. Lendahand will provide a loan together with local partner NPFC. To be repaid in 48 months.
