Summary

Gildardo has been working in bakery La 97 for over 20 years, baking bread and pies. 1,5 years ago he became owner of the bakery; the previous owner offered him the bakery for sale and Gildardo seized this opportunity with both hands! His wife works in the story and takes care of the customers, while Gildardo is baking bread and pies. The bakery is located in a very good, commercial area close to many transport routes.
