The project

In 1998, Gerard Patrick Leonardo started South Pearl Properties Inc. The office is located at Alabang Muntinlupa but his projects are situated in Tarlac province. For over 17 years, his real estate operation is maintained due to low-cost housing package that he is offering, because he wanted the low income families to avail a home. 

He has eight regular employees with twenty part time workers. Together with NPFC, Lendahand is helping Gerard Patrick Leonardo in acquiring additional working capital for purchasing of additional raw materials for completion of his projects.
