Bailyk 26
Bailyk gives entrepreneurs like Farida the space to look ahead with confidence. For her, the loan made a world of difference. What started with one cow, brought her family closer to a better future.

The project
In rural Kyrgyzstan, a bank branch is out of reach for many. Life there revolves around small-scale farming and livestock, but financial services remain inaccessible.
With more than 50 branches spread across both urban and rural areas, Bailyk Finance reaches even the entrepreneurs who need a helping hand the most. Bailyk is active in the rural areas of Kyrgyzstan, where access to financial services is far from guaranteed, particularly for small entrepreneurs and women.
59% of Bailyk's loans go to female entrepreneurs. With the right financing, they build their businesses, increase their income and invest in their families, in education, food and housing. This ripples through their communities, creating greater stability and opportunities for the next generation.
Farida is a prime example of this. In her village, making ends meet was a daily struggle. With a loan from Bailyk Finance, she was able to buy a cow, a decision that changed everything. The income from selling milk now covers her family's daily expenses, and she's already thinking ahead. She wants to save enough to give her children a chance at a good education, perhaps even abroad.
When you invest in Bailyk, you invest in that ripple effect: financial independence for women across Kyrgyzstan, one loan at a time.
