1. Definitions and Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of the Lendahand Gift Voucher (digital gift card) issued by Hands-on B.V., trading under the name Lendahand, based in Rotterdam.
By requesting a gift voucher, the applicant agrees to these terms and conditions.
When a person uses the gift voucher to make an investment through Lendahand, the general terms and conditions of the Lendahand platform automatically apply.
2. Purchase and Payment
The gift voucher can only be requested by existing Lendahand users.
Payment for the gift voucher can only be made from the applicant’s Lendahand wallet.
By submitting the application form and checking the consent box, the applicant:
- authorizes Lendahand to deduct the total amount (voucher value × number of vouchers) once from the available balance in their Lendahand wallet;
- confirms that there is sufficient balance in the wallet to complete the payment; and
- accepts that this deduction is final and irreversible once the application is confirmed.
The gift voucher will only be issued after successful payment. If the balance is insufficient at the time of processing, the request will not be executed.
3. Value and Use
The gift voucher represents a monetary value in euros, which can only be used within the Lendahand platform to make investments in projects.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used once.
If the gift voucher is transferred to another person, the recipient must create their own Lendahand account and comply with all applicable investor terms and verification procedures.
4. Validity
The Lendahand gift voucher is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue, as stated on the voucher.
After this period, the value of the voucher expires automatically, without any right to refund or extension.
5. Delivery
The digital gift voucher will be sent by email no later than 10 December 2025 to the email address provided by the applicant.
Lendahand is not responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses or for delivery issues caused by spam filters or other email settings.
6. Loss, Theft, or Misuse
After the gift voucher has been sent, the holder is solely responsible for keeping the digital code safe.
Lendahand is not liable for any loss, theft, unauthorized use, or misuse of the gift voucher.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Since the Lendahand gift voucher is a digital product that is processed and delivered immediately after payment, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the digital voucher has been sent.
By accepting these terms, the purchaser explicitly agrees to immediate delivery and waives their right of withdrawal.
8. Privacy
Any personal data processed in connection with the purchase or delivery of the gift voucher are subject to the Lendahand Privacy Policy, as published on Lendahand’s website.
This policy describes how Lendahand handles personal data and explains the rights of individuals under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Questions and Complaints

10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
Note: In case of any inconsistency between the Dutch version and any translation of these terms, the Dutch version shall prevail.
